We make every effort to ship all orders within one business days:

An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with tracking information when your order ships. Our products are shipped from Monday to Friday, except for the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and all US Postal Office holidays.

We print our shipping labels before shipping our items, so you may receive an email with your tracking number up to a day before the item is shipped out. For an estimated delivery date for your order, please log in to your account and check the order page to see your expected delivery window. Currently, we partner with FedEx and USPS to provide you with the most cost-effective shipping solutions for our orders. Please be informed that your mail may be delivered on weekends. In addition, you can continue tracking the item at www.fedex.com by using the FedEx tracking number provided. For USPS packages, there is sometimes a delay of 24 to 48 hours after a package is handed off to the Post Office before the tracking system updates with new tracking information.

30-day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@leonlite.com, call us at (800) 990-7688 or send over your customer inquiry through Contact us portal. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3768 Milliken Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package. *We will cover the transit costs for packages with manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

TAX EXEMPTIONS IN SUPPLY CHAIN

U.S. Businesses that possess a state Sales Permit and complete a Resale Certificate for purchases intended for resale can typically be exempted from sales tax. This exemption is because sales tax is generally levied at the final point of consumer purchase rather than at intermediate stages of the supply chain. At Leonlite Landscape Lighting, we aim to ensure our ToB customers have the best and most convenient purchasing experience. By understanding and utilizing the tax exemption process, resellers and wholesalers can benefit from the 'tax-free' advantage, enhancing your procurement efficiency.

KEEP UPDATED WITH STATE LAWS AND YOUR PURCHASING STATUS*

Each state has its unique tax laws, and we recommend consulting with a local tax expert or referring to your state's specific tax regulations to ensure full compliance. Regular updates to your Sales Permit and Resale Certificate may be required in some states to maintain your tax-exempt status. Maintaining accurate records and relevant documentation is crucial for compliance with tax laws. This includes keeping copies of your Sales Permit, Resale Certificate, and transaction records.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit your Contact Form through the button above, with valid files of Sales Permit, Resale Certificate, and your contact information. We will get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours (M-F, 8AM to 4PM).

A Resale Certificate indicates that the purchase is made with the intention of resale and the tax will be applied at the final sale to the consumer. This document should contain essential details like your business name, address, and a statement indicating the purchase is for resale.

Lifetime Warranty

All our Leonlite® Pro products for business and contractors are guaranteed with a lifelong warranty. See the details on the product's page to learn its specific warranty information. Warranty is valid for manufacturing defects or product failures only when products are properly used for their intended applications. If you experience an issue with a product, a technician from our support team may be able to diagnose the issue. Technical support is available by phone, chat and email.

According to our return policy, the return is on buyers cost if the return is initiated due to reason other than manufacturing defect. A refund will be issued to customers' original payment method once the returned product arrives at our warehouse. If the product is covered by the warranty and falls after 30 days of receipt, the customers will need to return the products at their own cost but we will replace and ship them for you for free once the product has been received.
